Hi I decided to do this section so you can get to know me a little. My name is Rob. I’m 26 and I live with my wife in South Florida. I was always into video games, and I really got sunk into it when I played Pools of Radiance for the commodore 64. Shortly thereafter, I played D&D for the first time. It was a Greyhawk adventure, scourge of the slavelords, that got me hooked into tabletop playing. After that was done, I played through the whole dragonlance setting.

When I was 14, I started running my own games. Mostly they were D&D all editions, but I did do Shadowrun for a time. When I was 15, I got into Twilight and Merc 2000 pretty hardcore and from there it went to the Warhammer tabletop games. When I was 18, I ran large Dark Sun groups that had eight to ten players. From when I was 20 I did the whole 3rd edition thing. I got burned out of 3rd edition when I was 24 and rested for a couple of years. Now I plan on running a C&C game.

I have watched and been a part of a lot of other games as a player and my GM style is different from a lot of other GM’s. I like to get players involved with their characters. All players will have some say with a character history. I do not run full rp games nor do I run hack-n-slash games. If we did a four-hour session we would see rp for the first hour followed by combat and then some more rp. I don’t like running all rp it can get tedious, but lots and lots of battles also can drag down a game. I let players do their own thing. I let players make the game I do not make the game for the players. I like the group to work as a group. Most importantly I want everybody to have fun.
